Pourable Cream Cheese Lasagna

    24 oz. Smithfield Pourable Cream Cheese
    16 oz. Ground Beef (cooked & drained)
    32 oz. Tomato Sauce
    2 oz. Eggs
    1 Tbsp. Garlic (minced)
    2 Tbsp. Basil (chopped)
    1/2oz. Parsley (chopped)
    8 oz. Lasagna Noodles (uncooked 12 pcs.)
    4 oz. Parmesan Cheese (grated)

  1. Blanch the lasagna noodles ala dente, chill and set aside
  2. Pre-heat oven to 375˚F
  3. Combine Smithfield Pourable Cream Cheese with egg, garlic, basil, parsley and ½ the parmesan cheese
  4. To assemble the lasagna, ladle enough sauce to cover the bottom of a 9×13 inch casserole dish
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles to cover the sauce
  6. Pour 1/3 of the cheese mixture over lasagna noodles
  7. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the ground beef
  8. Repeat layering 2 more times
  9. Top the last layer with cooked lasagna then remaining sauce
  10. Sprinkle with the remaining ½ of parmesan cheese
  11. Bake for 35-45 minutes
  12. Let rest for 15 minutes prior to serving
