Pourable Cream Cheese Mac & Cheese

    32 oz. Smithfield Pourable Cream Cheese
    16 oz. Whole Grain Penne pasta
    8 oz. Milk
    1 oz. Parsley (chopped)
    4 oz. Panko Bread Crumbs
    4 oz. Parmesan Cheese (grated)
    Salt & pepper to season

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350˚F
  2. Blanch the penne pasta ala dente and rinse with hot water
  3. Combine Smithfield Pourable Cream Cheese with milk, parsley, parmesan cheese
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Combine the cream cheese mixture with the warm penne pasta
  6. Mix well and re-season if needed
  7. Transfer to casserole dish
  8. Top with panko bread crumbs
  9. Bake for 15- 20 minutes
  10. Serve
